I've seen people with gold eyes and an ashen-looking face, but it's no mask or costume I'm familiar with. Nothing I Google gives me good results. Any idea what it is?

It is one of the 2 headpieces for the Raiment of the Lich costume

If you want to be technical, I believe the piece is called Aspect of the Lich. But who really cares about minor details like that?
